How do I prepare for pickup?On the morning of your first pickup, your SudDrop bag(s) will be delivered to you. You’ll have a few hours to fill them with your laundry before your valet arrives during your scheduled pickup window to collect them. For more details, visit our Support Page.

What are your operating days and pickup times?We operate Monday to Saturday, with different pickup and delivery time windows depending on your city. To view the available time slots for your location, please create an account.

Do I need to be home for pickups and deliveries?No! Convenience is the key focus of SudDrop. After placing your order, simply leave your laundry out during your scheduled pickup window and go about your day. Your clean, freshly washed, dried, and folded clothing will be delivered back to you in no time.

Do you offer dry cleaning services?Yes, we do! SudDrop now offers dry cleaning pickup and delivery in Halifax. You can easily add dry cleaning items to your regular order or schedule a separate pickup just for dry cleaning. Please note that dry cleaning has a longer turnaround time than our regular wash & fold service, typically 3–4 days. Just label your items clearly or separate them in a different bag, and we’ll take care of the rest.
