How do I prepare for pickup?On the morning of your first pickup, your SudDrop bag(s) will be delivered to you. You’ll have a few hours to fill them with your laundry before your valet arrives during your scheduled pickup window to collect them. For more details, visit our Support Page.

What are your operating days and pickup times?We operate Monday to Saturday, with different pickup and delivery time windows depending on your city. To view the available time slots for your location, please create an account.

Do I need to be home for pickups and deliveries?No! Convenience is the key focus of SudDrop. After placing your order, simply leave your laundry out during your scheduled pickup window and go about your day. Your clean, freshly washed, dried, and folded clothing will be delivered back to you in no time.

What is the turnaround TimeOur standard turnaround time is 1-2 days. However, for SudDrop Repeat customers, we offer free next-day turnaround, ensuring your laundry is completed and returned within 24 hours!
